My name is Heather Clissett, I live in the town of Erskine, Renfrewshire.

I am a Reiki practitioner, working on Reiki Master certification.

I first experienced Reiki in 2017. Sceptical about how it worked, I went along for a session and found it to be very helpful in relaxing, feeling more balanced and less weighed down by things that come into our lives.

I was invited to join a reiki I workshop in 2018, which then led on to me going further with the Reiki 2 in 2019, which let me become a Reiki practitioner.

I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation, and insured.

I believe Reiki is a great way to unwind, destress and declutter our inner selves. Connecting with life force energy all around us, it can help to recharge, feel relaxed, at peace and wellbeing.

Whatever you experience during and after a reiki session, is unique to the individual.
